Born in Brazil, Beatriz graduated from Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, in Porto Alegre, with a degree in Journalism. She also attended University of Perugia, Italy, and New York University.
A New Yorker for 25 years, she has been a foreign correspondent for major international radio stations, including Radio France and United Nations Radio. Having lived and worked in the largest cities on three continents - Sao Paulo, London and New York – Bea is fluent in Portuguese, English, French, Spanish and Italian.
Considered a world-class traveler with an eye for the finest details, for the last ten years Bea has been leading small group tours to some of her favorite places in Europe and South America.
